Mrs. Juliana Uwandu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the WOFTHEL Foundation, a purpose-driven non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of widows, orphans, vulnerable children, and the girl child through education, empowerment, and holistic support services.

Driven by compassion and a deep commitment to human development, Mrs. Uwandu established WOFTHEL Foundation to restore hope, dignity, and self-reliance among underserved populations. Mrs. Uwandu holds academic training in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Abuja, a discipline that has significantly shaped her approach to leadership and service. Beyond her humanitarian work, Mrs. Juliana Uwandu is a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), where she serves faithfully in ministry.
